By accessing Golden Ray Floristry Institute at czgoldenray.bond, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. We may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change.
2. Educational purpose
Catalog descriptions and learning resources are educational materials about floristry. They do not promise a particular creative, commercial, professional, or financial result. You remain responsible for adapting techniques to your materials, workspace, local rules, and safety requirements.
3. Studio conduct charter
Use the website respectfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, misuse contact channels, or copy content for misleading commercial publication. Treat course examples as learning references rather than instructions to ignore tool, plant, venue, or workplace safety.
4. Catalog, cart, and local features
The catalog is loaded from catalog.json and may be revised for accuracy, availability, or presentation. Fallows and cart data are local browser features. The cart demonstration does not process payments, create an account, reserve a place, or constitute a completed order. Any future purchase process would be governed by additional terms shown at that time.
5. Intellectual property
Golden Ray Floristry Institute owns or licenses the website text, instructional structure, brand presentation, and software unless otherwise stated. You may view the materials for personal study. You may not reproduce, sell, redistribute, scrape, or create a competing course from them without written permission.
6. Accuracy and availability
We aim to keep information clear and current, but the website may contain errors, interruptions, or changes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every course will remain listed. We may correct, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable discretion.
7. Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, Golden Ray Floristry Institute is not responsible for indirect loss arising from reliance on educational content, local storage failure, browser behavior, or temporary website unavailability. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
